TNT Fitness is a family owned and operated 24 hour gym and group fitness centre located in Esperance, Western Australia.
We offer Group Fitness, Personal Training and Specialised training sessions for youth athletes, corporate and private groups, sports clubs and more. If you are looking for a fun, supportive environment unlike your average gym - you've come to the right place! Everyone is welcome, no matter your age, size, gender or fitness level.
We currently offer 2 main types of group sessions, based on the principles of Strength and Conditioning and HIIT Circuits (High intensity interval training). Classes are available 7 days a week, and are open to all ages and fitness levels.
TNT Fitness has an expansive gym area, open 24/7 to members. We have an array of gym equipment including cable machines, barbells, benches, pin loaded machines, plus plenty of dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and more.
Along with our squat racks and boxing bags, we also have a small range of cardio machines and a dedicated “functional fitness” area for our gym users (separate to our Group Fitness area).
Being a family owned and operated business, we get that it can be hard to find time when you have kids. That is why we have a creche space especially for our TNT kids.
Our creche is supervised Monday - Friday for our 9am classes and is just a small additional weekly or casual fee.
Term 4 will see the introduction of extra supervised hours during other class times. If you are not participating in our classes, but still wish to make use of creche while you are in the gym, we welcome you too.
Our family room is **open 24/7 just like our gym, for children who are old enough to hang out in creche unsupervised. With this room set up right next to our gym, you can watch your children from the gym floor.
**TNT members children only - no casuals unsupervised. Please see staff before using this space outside of supervised hours.
