Creche spaces limited: bookings essential. Failure to book may result in you being turned away.
Afternoon/evening creche bookings are required at least 24 hours ahead of time to ensure staff availability.

Please note that over school holidays we may have a few cancellations due to staff shortage. Please check Gym Master or our bookings link each week to confirm classes. Madhouse Mayhem
Join our Crossfit style Strength & Conditioning class for a high energy workout that combines strength training with conditioning workouts to optimize your fitness!
Class Schedule:
MONDAY: DEADLIFTS
Kick off the week by focusing on Deadlifts, the fundamental lift that targets the posterior chain; back, glutes & hamstrings. Build strength and improve your technique as you prepare for a powerful week ahead.
WEDNESDAY: CLEANS
Midweek, we’ll amp up the intensity with some Power Cleans. This dynamic movement develops explosive strength and coordination, challenging your entire body while enhancing your athletic performance
FRIDAY: SQUATS
Finish the week strong with LEG DAY BABY! Rolling through variations of both front and back squats, this essential lift not only builds your lower body strength but also improves core stability.
Each Madhouse class concludes with our Workout of the Day (WOD), a fast-paced varied workout that challenges your endurance and keeps you pushing ‘til the end. With expert coaching and a supportive community, you’ll push your limits, achieve your goals and have fun along the way!
HUSTL.
Following an EMOM format (Every minute on the minute), this intense 20-25 minute group fitness class is designed for those looking looking for a quick yet challenging workout. At the top of each minute, you will complete a specific number of reps of an exercise while resting for the remainder of the minute. This format keeps the heartrate high making it perfect for a fast paced workout for everyone!
Booty x Core
Designed to strengthen and sculpt your lower body and core, this class is not just for the ladies! It is perfect for anyone wanting to build strength and improve their overall fitness. Get ready to lift, squeeze and shape your way to peachy glutes and a strong, stable core!
MetaFit & MetaPWR
This HIIT or High intensity interval training class is designed to push your limits and maximise intensity in a short period of time. Combining functional movements with explosive exercises, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. Participants will engage in short, intense bursts of activity followed by brief rest period, ensuring an efficient workout that improves all aspects of fitness.
MetaFit focusses on bodyweight exercises only, while MetaPWR includes equipment such as sandbags, deadballs and battleropes.
3SIXTY
A dynamic 45 minute circuit class designed for all fitness levels. For the beginner to the seasoned athlete, you will experience a variety of exercises targeting strength, cardio and mobility as you move through different stations. Our Coaches will be there to guide you through the exercises, ensuring proper form and modifications while blasting some high energy tunes!
Stairs & Swims
A unique fitness experience that combines the invigorating challenge of stair repeats with the refreshing bliss of a beach swim afterwards! In our Stairs and Swims class, you’ll tackle a series of stair workouts designed to boost your endurance AND your mood. Between sets, we incorporate fun exercises to keep your heart pumping and energy high. After conquering the stairs, we’ll cool down with a swim in the crystal-clear waters of Esperance. The best way to end your week!
Shed Dayz
Shed Dayz is a nostalgic fitness class that pays homage to the original workouts from TNT Shed Days. This class combines elements of strongman, crossfit and various unconventional workouts and exercises that were created by Tee. The atmosphere is rooted in camaraderie and motivation, reminiscent of the classic workout sessions that built a community. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Tee’s workouts, or new to the scene, this class offers a powerful blend of nostalgia and intensity that is sure to brighten your day!
Boxing
This energetic boxing class combines the art of boxing with an upbeat atmosphere, making it the perfect way to boost your fitness levels and relieve stress. You’ll learn essential strikes and combos, all while enjoying good music that keeps you motivated. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each session, ensuring you have a solid foundation and plenty of opportunity to practice your skills. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, our boxing class is the perfect way to stay active and have fun at the same time!
FitFest Training
This class offers an opportunity for those entering Esperance FitFest 2025 to practice moves and workouts that may be seen on the competition floor. Designed for Teams of 4, focusing on sychronised exercises that enhance teamwork and competition readiness. Participants will engage in a variety of specific workouts tailored to improve the skill required for FitFest weekend, all while working closely with team mates. You and your team mates will develop cohesive strategies to maximise your performance in our upcoming FitFest.
Don’t have a team? Not joining FitFest ‘25? Don’t worry, ANYONE can come along to these sessions, there are always others in the same boat who would love to team up with you for the class!
Xtreme Hip-Hop
This class is a high energy, fun fitness class that fuses traditional aerobic stepping with hip-hop music and “dance”. Participants use a step platform to perform a variety of choreographed routines that combine stepping techniques, jumps and rhythmic movements. Elevate your heart rate, improve coordination, and have a good time doing it!
